9 minutes to 5? Not the banker's gamble, surely?

If this is the Banker's Gamble I'd definitely go for it.

Looking at the clock, it is.

I'd want £20,000 to not take this gamble on, I think.

Good call there, Mark! :)

It did look a bit predictable there too!

Please deal at the banker's gamble. Really want him to do well. He is due a high red.

The Banker acknowledges that the £8,800 will really help Michael and his family, and he thinks that Michael is very brave and wonders if he has the guts to give it back!!

Banker's offer would've been:

Banker's Gamble

He won't take this gamble, but I would, and I'd swap for box 2.

The question on all-or-peanuts gambles is whether you can do twice as much with the larger sum on the board as you can with the offer (and in this case, £8,800 is the 'offer').

He probably won't take it on, and I can just about understand him thinking that in his situation. However, I'm looking at this and thinking 'endowment effect'.

Michael talks about only getting one opportunity at this game and imagines how he would feel if he doesn't take this chance and has £100,000 in his box...

Michael says

NO DEAL

Given that he made a short speech from the Wakeyist phrasebook and still kept the money, that has to be the right decision for him. That it is very far from the right decision for me is totally irrelevant. I'm not the one in the chair!

Noel opens box 10 and reveals 50p :D

Box 2 with Carla contains the £100,000

That was one of the more tense moments we've had on the show says Noel :P
