I'd be wanting to know what the £20k/blue offer would be here.

Not much she could do about that game. The only decision in the game was at 5 box.

Mark's Banana Sandwich Cafe gets another customer. Hooray.

Can we have some big wins again, please? Enough with the bad luck already.

Dear me, Cassi looked more gorgeous than ever today and she has the game from hell (far from the first time for a pretty girl! :( ). Not much she could do about it due to the offers being so rubbish. I guess she'll go home regretting the fact she'd picked Steve at the crucial time, a blue and it would have been 18k which I guess she'd have taken - rather than any of the financial decisions she made, you can't deal 4k with 250k still in play (unless you're Beryl or Michael) :) .

I actually though the game finished at 5:40 rather than 5:30 so due to the timing, I was expecting a big finish, so even when the 250k went I thought she'd still win 20k. Isntead it was got over with pretty quickly once the 20k went, even though Walter still made me laugh.

But I was impressed by her calm compsure, and the only thing that momentarily brought a tear to her eye was what her mum said rather than the actual game. And she was genuinely grateful for the experience.

Really hope back-to-back trainwrecks (after the same happening on Friday and Sunday last week) don't end up in a big period of caution again, or another September!!

It's a very unstable board, but didn't Tolleck get about £9k on a similar one?

Looking through the archive, just about but he had higher blue values and £35,000, but personality and personal life wise, Cassi isn't Tolleck.

For the possible blue Vs £20,000 finish, he tries to advoid offering above £5,000 but if it was the penny being the final blue then the he could squeeze the offer more and offer about £2,000.

Anyway, some news that according to the UK Game Shows website, the voting public over on the internet have declared Deal or No Deal as their third most popular game show in 2008.

Noel saying she was only 20 was the best bit, I'm sure you'll agree James? ;-)

Seriously, the last thing we need now the "Luckiest Group Ever" has all-but gone is a period of trainwrecks. We've had two completely different classes now though, Friday's was a gamble gone horribly wrong, whereas today's was simply unavoidable. I agree with the above comments, the £70 offer was the best one of the whole game but by then it was pointless to take it given what was left.

Gah!
