Next round

10 - £50,000 Martin

That is a bit of damage says Noel

17 - £50 Adam

Noel says if the next box is £3,000 or lower it will still be a strong game, and then calls a break...

In some ways I hope we get a TRICK box today. Not because it's Chris (I like him), but because we haven't had a trick-type twist since Scrooge was revealed during the 2007 Christmas specials.

Didn't we have Sunburn 3 times in the summer shows?

Oh. I forgot about the Summer specials. We've never had a Trick in the Halloween shows though - they were all treats in 2007 and have been treats so far now.

The Banker says that it is tricky at the moment as it's difficult to say who is actually winning at the moment, and also Chris has an unpredicatable edge to himself.

Banker's offer:

£8,000

Noel thinks that Chris has been unsettled by this offer, and Chris reveals that it would help him out big time at the moment. Terry points out that there are 4 amounts above the offer he has just been made, Andy reminds him what they have talked about.

Chris says

 A deal before 5-box in the Halloween shows. Possibly more interesting than revealing a trick...

Is this the first time someone's dealt before 5-box in a game where there's the possibility of an offer after every box after 5-box?

Very weak deal, but no doubt we're seeing the effect of the collapse yesterday.

We would have been at the 5-box Trick or Treat if you played on says Noel, but we will never find out now.

Banker's offer would've been:

£13,500

Oh they don't open the tombs. I thought they play on as they would have done! Unreal at 2 box?

I have a feeling the finish might be a blue (or £3k) vs £20k with the Banker's Gamble to spice up a game which didn't make use of trick / treat.
