That's interesting. Noel mentions the 1p instantly as well as it being a one-box game... Claude talks about things that have happened to his three-year-old wheelchair which has been falling to pieces and needs replacing... they cost £10-12k... he's playing for the £75k/peanuts finish here but says it hurts to say he's ready for this...

He does say NO DEAL

Noel points out the two-box offer with £75k in play will be above his target...

22 - Karine (?) - Alex can't look - £75,000

There's still ten minutes to go... 'I chose that box, I made that decision... it wasn't meant to be'

16 - Jen - 1p

7 - Joyce - £50

Final two of £100 vs £5,000 as the Banker phones up...

Terrible round there... but with the slow pace of the game early on and the amount of banter that was slotted in, I guessed this would end up being a low money game. :(

Only 4:52 at the final offer... either an agonising decision over an offer and / or a swap coming up, or a handout after a blue win coming up I think...

Banker respects the last No Deal - big shock - and throws in a genuinely significant bailout offer.

Banker's offer:

£2,200

Personally I'd take the 2.2K it would go a long way towards a new chair! Image how gutting £100 would be.

It wasnt tho, I like what he said, felt he wouldnt have mentioned it at all if his offers had been a bit higher, itw as very from the heart I felt.

So this is effectively an offer of £2,200 on a £200 vs £10,000 final 2...

Alex points out that £2,200 will buy bits to fix a chair although not the chair itself... and asks which unfavourable outcome would be more painful, selling £5k now or winning £100... she also says not to be upset as he still has her, and will support either decision...

Banker phones again... he's now attracted to the evil properties of the stone and will make a proposition to Claude if he passes the stone to the Banker... if he gets the stone the winnings will be doubled if he says No Deal, making this a £200/£10k finish... there's only one decision now, and Claude knows it...

Claude says NO DEAL

Interesting! I'd have dealt the offer on the original final 2, but with this promise of a double it'd be a no deal (I doubt I'd have ever got the double thing though)...

Claude says he knew it was a gamble and nobody can take the experience away from him... good words but they fuel Noel's fire...
