It's still an excellent board, he shouldn't be upset.

Three big numbers and a mid-red is worth well over 20k...

If the offer is less than 30k, he should say ND straight away.

Noel must be messing about again, that can't be the real offer! If he's not, that's disgusting.

No, not twenty, Mr Banker, try thirty...

Although as he was dragged on by Noel/The Banker last time he'll deal this one instead thinking 'thank *beep* I got a second chance to take twenty grand'.

...maybe not...

This board is very similar to Kathleen/Gaz who both had offers of 28k and 32k, respectively.

Mark reckons he's been punished there but Noel says it's still a very healthy offer and Malc says taking out the top 3 is unlucky but it could happen.

The banker phones and says if he takes out the 3 low blues, the offer will be £60,000. Banker thinks Mark is going to say DEAL now... Noel says Mark could become a seriously wealthy man now, or he could win 1p!

Mark NO DEALS

60k at 5-box would be a terrible offer if he would've offered 55k at 8-box. Gaz got 70k! (although he had 20k)

That £20k offer at eight-box made sense when you consider that Mark probably only continued the round before because of the lure of £40k/£55k. I think that The Banker read him as a £20k targetist.
