Noel says Lance is terrified! Lance Buczman is a student from Rochdale, and he says we'll need subtitles as he speaks quietly.

Noel says 2 of Lance's customers in a shop he works in have named their dogs "Lance" because of Lance... number 21 means a lot to him as it comes up a lot in his life. He shows some pics of his family.
