Sal's game today.

Apologies if I disappear during the commentary... there may be powercuts due to the exploded sub-station being repaired. :shock:

Noel says we're feeling fine today... and he thanks Betty because we had a masterclass in how to play the game

He says we've had some cautious players who've thrown away the big opportunity, but Betty played the game and ignored the banker's tactics of raising the offer and so on... Noel says he and Betty will come and give today's player a smack if they throw away a good opportunity

Argh, it's happened again. Yesterday he had the £250,000. Day before £20,000. Day before £20,000. Let's hope he done like what Betty did, the £250k in his box today and go for it.

Sal has box 18.

Sal is a civil servant from Bradford, and helps people out with filling in tax return forms... he shows some pics of his wife and baby boy. He says he's had flying lessons and his determined to get his licence one day... he says he feels lucky and hopes to continue Betty's run yesterday.

Noel said Sal has badly predicted what's in the boxes... and Noel said he got it very wrong yesterday when Sal thought it'd be a blue but it was £250k... Noel makes a joke about Sal telling people they don't owe any tax, and then they're told they owe a lot

Why didnt you say something before!!? A sub-station explosion doesnt happen every day...

Sal has no-one in the audience, as his wife is at home looking after his son, who's only a few months old. Sal says this is a good looking bunch and Noel asks if Sal's forgotten his contact lenses

Sal chooses Jimbo and Noel asks Jimbo how many times he's been picked 1st, and he says this is his 5th time, and Noel calls him a blue machine

4 - Jimbo - £250

Noel says that's uncanny

12 - Linda - £50

16 - Ian - £10,000

Sal says Ian is Tom Cruise with bad teeth and a bad nose :shock:

8 - Tony - £500

Sal chooses Zara and Zoe, and Noel has some banter with the twins about what Sal gets up to at the hotel... Noel says Sal's eyesight is so bad he didn't know there were 2 of them

20 - Zara and Zoe - £100,000

Time for the banker...

Sal says he didn't come for the £100k...

The banker says he doesn't want to talk to Noel after yesterday's game

The banker describes the £100k being won yesterday as his beautiful children being torn from his grasp... he starts crying down the phone :lol:

He admits that the players now have the upper hand. The banker thinks Sal is a baby faced assassin, like a baby bird
