The Banker *does* want people to Deal - if nobody dealt his average payout would be higher even if a lot of people would win peanuts - so I don't see the problem. Of course it's part of the 'evil' twist.

No dealable offers early on today, unlike yesterday. A game rapidly on the turn, just like yesterday. This could be ugly... but it's far from settled.

So the banker is offering an opportunity to make the offer higher once he finds out it's too low. That's cheating.

Groans from the audince met that offer, and she asks Gary who says he was expecting a better offer. She asks for a sweep - what she should do, and all of them say no deal.

Banker phones and asks what Gary thinks the offer should be, and he says closer to £10,000.

I don't think the Banker should get the chance to revise the offer. That said, he's got it pretty much on the money the second time, and I'd be slightly reluctant to No Deal it. But still would.
