Matty's game today.

Noel wishes everyone a happy Easter... and he says that today is the last show where the eggs will be used. He runs through what's happened in the past few shows with the eggs, and how 2 are bad and 1 is good... he says how they can be used to turn the game to the player's advantage...

The fact he did the promo for the easter specials gave away it would be him playing today :P

I had a feeling it would be his game today

Let's see if all that advice he's given out is put to good use

Given his promo before Easter, not the biggest surprise that Matty is playing today.

Matty has box 3.

Noel makes fun of him as he's got a lot of stuff with him :P He has a replica DOND box and a money plant, as he says the banker will need that at the end of the game  The box is opened to reveal a box of tissues for the banker because he'll need those by the time Matty's finished with him :P

He shows some pics of his Dad and brother... Matty Cherilo (sp!) is from Kent and works for BT... he's married... Matty tells how he has donated one of his kidneys to his brother, and Noel says to help his brother in that way is great :D

Here we go...

Hmm, well he had £50 on Saturday, his first blue in 4 games. But on Friday, £100,000, Thursday, £250k and Wednesday £75k.

Hope he does well.

Matty talks about how he'd like to swap to box 17 as that's an important date for him

Banker phones

Banker says NO DEAL :(

Looks like it might be possible for the banker to involve box 17 into the eggs if it is that close to Matty?

Neat little trick there on the intro.

Now, so far the eggs have produced one properly good use (Gemma's final two), one that proved a Banker masterstroke (Jo Jo's final five) and a good few absolute joke offers.

More fascinating big decisions today please!

Edit: I would now be playing on the assumption Box 17 has one of the Power 5 and the Banker knows it. My cynicism hasn't died yet...

He knows which numbers he wants to save, so he's getting rid of numbers which mean nothing to him first...

10 - Eunice - £750

9 - Janna - 10p

Noel asks if Matty will kiss all the box openers, and he says the women will, but the men and the pilgrims will get a hug :P

Matty chooses Brian and Noel calls him the Beast of the East due to him having high values

20 - Brian - £100,000

15 - Greg - £1

16 - Kirsty - £3,000

Time for the banker...

Did you miss the fact that they groaned first?

Brian! He is a danger zone!

I bet Brian brings the 1p to the table in his game. Wow, his run of reds is quite remarkable, and possibly unprecedented. Sheer quirk of the draw of course, but...

£100k, one orange and three blues is an average start in my book.

The banker knows Matty's a well-liked character... he says if Matty has a big number in his box 3 he thinks Matty will win it

Banker's offer

SWAP
