£22K is definitely worth thinking about with only 3 above it.

Before Noel gave the offer, Noel asked John what it would be and John said it would be £22,000... he was spot on!

I'd be quite tempted at this offer.

John says let's try not to make a mess of this, and Noel says it's a brilliant thing to say and he's never heard anyone else say that...

Glen says he hopes they can all hug John later on...

4 - Glen - £500 :D

14 - Toni - £10 YES!!! John goes wild and hugs Toni

Noel tells the camera man to zoom into John's face as we should look closely at our second £250ker... possibly... which is why we shall come back!

If the next box isn't a power 5 box - he's got a big decision to make.

We're certainly on a roll here, and if this next one is blue... well, we'll definitely be in the big money, regardless of whether it goes any further than that (and I'm sure a lot of people here do want it to go further :) )

We're back

Noel says John is living the DOND dream, which is to get to 8-box with the two top values still in play as well as having a power 5 backup...

9 - Maggie - £5,000 :D

Noel says that's fine...

John looks ready to choose another box... he says he was just testing. :P

Banker time...

The banker did not enjoy that round and isn't enjoying the whole game so far :P But he says he doesn't believe John isn't a gambler... John says he's not! The banker thanks him for being honest... Noel says John may have said the wrong thing!!

Banker's offer

£26,000

That's an offer for a cautious player. I'd have expected more than a £4K rise after 2 blues and a low red.

Noel says how the banker was playing a trump card and John wonders whether it would be £31,000 - Noel says it's nowhere near. John asks if there's a 1 in front of the offer :P

I'd probably no deal this, a very good round but "only" a £4,000 increase...

The £22,000 was a far better offer than that one. The Banker's testing the 'people only turn down the third offer because it doesn't seem the 'done thing' to take it' theory here! I'd be looking for at least £30,000 here and probably more than £35,000!
