Tom's game today.

Noel welcomes us to the dream factory and says how it can produce nightmares and talks about how Joan dreams of being a singer and entertainer but she can't sing. :-D James dreams of being a property developer but he has no money... and Ionna wants to be a successful entrepeneur and sold some roses at profit on Valentine's Day... and she wants £250k from DOND!!

Tom has box 22.

Noel says it's a big surprise as he has done only 12 shows - Tom said he was also surprised. He has his girlfriend Kate with him in the audience. Tom Smith is 25 years old and is originally from Penzance and now lives in Oxfiord and is now a PE teacher - basketball is his main sport and he is a big fan of it.

He wants to go and see basketball being played in New York and also allow Kate to do some shopping there.

Number 4 was his university basketball number so 4 means a lot to him... he has a target in his head and he writes it in the book and Noel pushes the cameraman away so he can't see what Tom wrote in Noel's book!! :-D

Tom doesn't think the banker knows too much about him and Noel says Tom's a bit of an enigma!

Here we go...

20 - Ionna - Tom says she was a fantastic neighbour and really made him feel welcome - £5,000

13 - Pete - unlucky for some but not for all says Noel - £20,000 - mixed reaction to that

17 - Danielle - 50p - cheers for that :D

21 - Gillian - £250 - more cheers!

10 - Jean - will she produce a big number?? She hopes she produces a blue for Tom - £250,000 -   Noel calls her the grim reaper!!

Time for the banker after an average... sort of round...

4 may be a significant number to him but by writing a target, he is (presumably) not going to 'play the game' Wakey-style.

Let's see if he's given the chance not to...

I do wonder what offers Jean will get...!

Nasty sting in the tail. That £20,000 might start looking a bit significant in a couple of rounds too.

Noel says the banker is off on one and he kept saying "JEAN JEAN JEAN back to the fold". The banker says he liked PE when he was at school so he likes Tom - the banker says he liked rugby and was a flanker. The banker talks in some basketball terminology to try and impress Tom and he wonders if he's cool... he says he's going to re-calculate the offer now Tom has said he's cool...

The banker says he has contacts in America, which is where he started his banking career...

Banker offers £5,000

After that opening round, that's rather high!

Tom, I'll do stats if you like, I can do them based off just this commentary and you can then not be spoiled.

3 - Stan - £750

Tom said 10 was a lucky number and it had the £250k!

Noel asks what they call a break in basketball and Tom says it's called a time out... so Noel calls a break...

Jean revealing the £250,000...everyone switches channels to Saturday Night Takeaway!

It's what me Dad did last couple weeks, can see him doing it again now back home!

Collectively Jean is still a game killer!

Come on, Tom! (Wonder if he supports Shrewsbury...)

At the end of the first, er, quarter... things are looking up a little bit. Mean's up past £19k and, would you believe it, any blue apart from £500 would put FD above starting value.

Feels so odd watching this in complete darkness again!

He's got box 22 so hopefully a memorable game is ahead. In fact, the B&Q advert had the words 'number 22' in, so who knows!

The banker says he's starting to find Tom more interesting. He says the money does the talking... and offers £15,000.
