Well, we're still on course for an OBW-free week! I think I might have gone one more round today, though.

Noel didn't seem to annoy me as much in this game as he used to as well.
He even mentioned Brenda and her amazing board. he hasn't done that for a year. :D

Oh dear!

She was actaully really punished for not leaving Brian till the end - if she'd picked the same boxes after the deal with that exception, she'd have hit the 250k third box of the 5th round, and would never have got the hypo 55k, indeed a stick at 22k would have been generous, so it cost her the OPW! :(

But I do think Noel's improved a lot. 4 or 5 months ago he wouldn't have stopped going on about the 55k offer and saying how the banker won even though she may have sold a 3k box - now he's the exact opposite! :)

I agree. he was almost making references to how dealing can work out like yesterday's game. (Not that I agreed with it at all but still) He's not perfect but not too irritating and unfair like a few months ago!
I liked how he compared it to brenda and stella's games too! :D

Enid had deal stamped on her forehead from the off and it was only the fact that she had a fantastic board that stopped her from bailing out earlier.

So yet another golden board gets squandered with a feeble deal. I'm happy if someone takes a risk and then deals. At least they had a go. If she'd had the guts to go one more round and then dealt I would have thought fair enough. Any offer over £20k and sense gets trampled in the stampede to grab the money.

The banker is reading the contestants like a book and must laugh himself to sleep at night after a days like this and yesterday.

Still, she didn't seem too upset about it and it is another big win to keep this great week going.

Erm, he lost out big time yesterday so in what way would he have been laughing himself to sleep. £33,316 was the maximum in the game. But, I completely agree with what you said about today's game, there was certainly another round in it and the banker read Enid beautifully.

EDIT: ALL RED SQUASHDOWN! WOOP WOOP! WOOP WOOP!

Ditto, I generally like Deal or No Deal Contestants, but not dishonest ones.

Nevertheless, another fantastic game, 4/4 are player wins, 0/4 are bankler wins, enjoy the money Enid :)

Sorry to burst all of your bubbles but this game was a TECHNICAL BANKER WIN!

She may have made a profit on her box but the banker saved himself more than she dealt for so he technically won!

Didn't see todays game but it didn't sound spectacular!

So far, it's 2 OPW's and 2 TBW's

But no OBW's yet so on the show they count it as 4 Banker beatings!

Not really though, if it was 2 OPW's and 2 TPW's then I understand what you mean but TBW means the banker won!

How can a technical banker win count as a banker beating. He could have been taken for £55k today. Instead he got off with £22k. How can that count as a beating!

Oh hang on, just watched my recording of today's show - he did say 'two of which were Banker spankings'.

I knew Enid would deal at 22k too she lacked Cahones to go on even though the board was asking for at LEAST one more round.

Ah well ce la vie but the 55k was LOLOLOL.

My Canadian penfriend told me I don't have cajones either - and I'm a guy!

It's strange, but Red is right; that £55,000 was a tad high. I reckon she would have been offered £50,000 at the very most!

basicasic: when there was only three grand in the box and some people (including you) would have won that?

That said, I agree that this is a Banker victory of some sorts, or at least (more accurately?) a 'Banker escape'.

Isn't it funny how so many games have a fourth round deal, followed by a blue-filled fifth round and huge hypo offer, and then a sixth round that totally destroys the board and a smaller offer? Cus we had another one today!

A really strong board throughout, although never too strong in play as you'd get a blue followed by a high red...until the round after she dealt when it was finally perfection, and at that point it seemed like we were going to get our first really painful game of the season. Luckily we didn't, and to completely destroy it at the end and having £3,000 in the box was fantastic! Four great games in a row, well done on that £22,000, Enid!

I imagine that the voiceovers return at around the start of next month. Dunno where the pictures have gone, although maybe with all the exciting games so far there's not been enough time to include them!

Wow another fantastic game, awesome board at the start! No way would she have been offered £55,000 though, that's just ridiculous. Anyway, welldone Enid, enjoy £22,000! :D

This week has been a great week so far to get Season 3 started, lets hope it continues!

Very good game and an entertaining character playing – the banter between Enid, Noel and Brian was very funny – like something out of an old people’s home!! :P

It was nice to hear Noel mention previous players – and at last Brenda (1) gets recognition for her brilliant board! I believe that’s the first all-red squashdown since third-round dealer Jeff from May…

Noel seemed surprisingly optimistic at the end, saying “Perfect, perfect” – despite the fact Enid could’ve won more… so well done to Noel for not rubbing it in and well done to Enid for an entertaining game and a good win!
