Tomorrow Rodriguez last night became the second winner of $1,000,000 on Deal or No Deal. She had 9 million dollar cases on the board, and kept 3 until the moment she opened the $300, which left only $1,000,000 cases.

And Mark will be surprised to learn that she had case 7, a case he has previously called a GLAC.

I just watched it on Youtube and it was pretty hard for her not to win the million with that board.

I must point out Tomorrow is her name, which is one of the most ridiculous names ever.

She seemed deserving, and it was nice to see her win... but hopefully this ends the Million Dollar Mission once and for all. It gave us not one, but two millionaires. It did its job... now retire it forever.

If anyone wants a recap, here it is.
Information is courtesy of heelsrule's site, of course :D !

Round 1
Briefcases 10 ($1,000,000), 6 ($10), 5 ($25), 4 ($10,000), 12 ($1,000,000), and 1 ($5,000) eliminated. Banker offers $188,000; NO DEAL.

Round 2
Briefcases 2 ($1,000,000), 26 ($100), 25 ($1,000,000), 22 ($1), and 17 ($1,000,000) eliminated. Banker offers $74,000; NO DEAL.

Round 3
Briefcases 9 ($500), 13 ($750), 23 ($5), and 19 ($25,000) eliminated. Banker offers $211,000; NO DEAL.

Round 4
Briefcases 18 ($50), 14 ($.01), and 21 ($75) eliminated. Banker offers $332,000; NO DEAL.

Round 5
Briefcases 24 ($1,000) and 16 ($1,000,000) eliminated. Banker offers $349,000; NO DEAL.

Round 6
Briefcase 3 ($200) eliminated. Banker offers $423,000; NO DEAL.

Round 7
Briefcase 11 ($400) eliminated. Banker offers $677,000; NO DEAL.

Round 8
Briefcase 15 ($300) eliminated. No Bank offer, because Tomorrow's an instant millionaire. I wonder what it would have been if there was one, though. $1,000,001, perhaps :-D ?

And then, this graphic appeared on-screen:

(Artist's (my) interpretation)

Yeahhh, baby, someone won a million bucks with Case 7, which was once notorious for being a GLAC! However, in most MDM games, I noticed that it usually held $1 million. Looks like someone was paying attention when they were watching at home ;) .

And yes, I must agree, Tomorrow is one of the strangest names I've ever heard. In Boston, some might promounce it as "Tamara", which is a perfectly valid name :-D .

Well, I guess all I can say is congrats to Tomrrow! Enjoy the money, and spend it wisely. Thanks for doing what too many of your predecessors failed to do. I hope this means that the MDM will finally end, since it has produced two millionaires now. Or do they want a third one? Stay tuned...

Oh yeah, and just for fun, Box 23 says

Image

and rightfully so.

9 Million Dollar Cases... that was easy enough. Now let's go back to the rolling jackpot games. They were fun.

I think these million dollar cases are a bit ridiculous, 2 or 3, OK, but NINE? I just don't understand. Anyway, congratulations, Tomorrow.

Our version is just ridiculus having nine cases needed to create a second millionaire its a real sham in my view I wish we could see someone win it fairly with just 1 case as it should be.
No wonder I prefer the UK Version - they do not screw the game over like this.

Well, the money table is back to normal for now. Hopefully it'll finally happen the right way. Nobody can say that it's impossible, because we've had our share of close calls, most notably Efren Afonte last December. That was easily the most painful game in the show's history... especially for me. You guys can figure out that Lindsay is obviously my favorite model on the show by looking at my avatar, and seeing that I keep her stats on my recaps page. And those stats show that she holds a low amount more often than not, so I've always enjoyed it whenever she's been put in a clutch situation. That said, you can imagine my reaction when I saw her put in the most clutch situation a model could ever be put in on the show. I have never been more nervous watching Deal than I was at that moment. I have also never been more heartbroken watching Deal than I was when Lindsay had the million dollars. Man... that hurt. The rest of the show was basically insignificant to me. I only hope she can be put in that situation again and avenge the first time, but what are the odds of that happening? That will likely never happen again.
