New one from me:

MarkBot 6000: A cyborg created by famed scientist Dr. Jordy Birch to help contribute to the commentary on this forum. However, a series of seemingly irreparable malfunctions turned it into a massive white elephant, not to mention one of the worst hindsight machines ever built. Despite its many flaws, it is still kept around, most likely for comedic value, as some find its stupidity to be hilarious.

I thought I'd formally propose TBD; "Took Best Deal", which would apply in cases like that of Steve recently.

Put forward as a direct result of the discussion on his game thread; I think this could fit in comfortably, though it might be better placed in the "Game Scoring" thread.

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Let me add a new one into the mix: GGW. It stands for Gamble Gone Wrong.

We've all seen situations where this has happened, like when a player gets a decent offer, and declines it, as they believe they can get a better offer if they take out some blues in the next round. But in that next round, everything that can possibly go wrong does, and the player then either accepts a lesser offer, or is forced to play till the end, thus winning a blue.

Noel just mentioned this in today's (31/01/2014) show:

The Nothing Network / Network of Nothing - Players who have gone away with no money either due to an all or nothing gamble or having the NOTHING option in Box 23. To date, there have been 29 players in this network with 19 ( :smt009 ) of those via Box 23.

ABR - Abbreviation of all-blue round that Noel has been using a lot.

The Pirate Round / ARR - Term for all-red round coined by the Banker due to it sounding like pirate talk.
