It's always been said that a huge/dramatic event is followed by an anti-climax, and so i was curious to see what happened directly after big shows in DOND history and how much of an anti-climax they really were. i've looked at the top 10 wins plus any other huge shows that live long in the memory:

Jennifer's £120,000 was followed by Elaine's £3,500

I was thinking that myself, I wouldn't want to go on just after a huge win because of banker backlash, I do feel sorry for the players in question.

Also consider Simon after Lee, Massimo after Hilary, Connell after Buddy, Matt after Billy.

Mally's and Trevor's were a rather good pair of games though!

It's also ironic that only Elizabeth has followed a top 10 win with another big win, her game was recorded 4 months after Jeff's!

You couldn't say that Elizabeth (and Mandy) winning £40,000 the day after Jeff's £64,000 was anticlimactic. To be honest I didn't find Craig's game anticlimactic apart from the disappointment of the result at the end, but it was certainly exciting, and the beauty of Deal Or No Deal is the unpredictability of it. You could get two shows with consecutive jackpot winners as it's not fixed at all!
