Just to expand on something Big Davey said earlier in the 'Today's Show' thread:

Yes, the last consecutive shows P5 winners were - and well done if anyone remembered this because I didn't  - Nicola (£37,000) and Caine (£72,000) between 26th and 28th Mar '10. Anyway, here for posterity, are all the 'consecutive show' winners of Power five amounts, from newest to oldest. How many names and games can you remember...? :D

Andrew (£50,000) and Michelle (£50,000) 1st-2nd Dec '09
Lauren (£100,000) and Billy (£68,555) 21st-22nd Dec '08
Alan (£37,000) and Bridget (£50,000) (Xmas Stars) 24th-25th Dec '07
Jon G (£50,000) and Daniel (£75,000) 27th-28th Aug '07
Chantelle (£35,000) and Gus (£42,047.48) 8th-9th Mar '07
Darren (£42,000) and Susan (£42,000) 26th-27th Feb '07
Jeff (£64,000) and Elizabeth (£40,000) 25th-26th Oct '06
Mally (£54,000) and Trevor (£47,000) 24th-25th Nov '05

Overall Power 5 wins: 141

Nice! Last 2 entries should be the other way round though - Mally and Trevor's games were in November '05, not '06.

Am I right in thinking 2 of those pairs were actually filmed months apart because there was a recording break between them?

I think that was Jeff and Elizabeth.

Correct - the other two players having a filming break between them being Lauren and Billy!

Here's the updated list that includes Jackie's and Steve's mega-money OPWs:

Jackie (£37,500) and Steve (£40,000) 22nd and 24th Aug '14
Tommy (£45,000) and Jen (£45,000) 27th and 28th Mar '13
Paul (£70,000) and Belinda (£75,000) 16th and 17th Jan '12
Tegen (£250,000) and Kerrie (£50,000) 22nd and 23rd Sep '11
Nicola (£37,000) and Caine (£72,000) 26th and 28th Mar '10
Andrew (£50,000) and Michelle (£50,000) 1st-2nd Dec '09
Lauren (£100,000) and Billy (£68,555) 21st-22nd Dec '08
Alan (£37,000) and Bridget (£50,000) (Xmas Stars) 24th-25th Dec '07
Jon G (£50,000) and Daniel (£75,000) 27th-28th Aug '07
Chantelle (£35,000) and Gus (£42,047.48) 8th-9th Mar '07
Darren (£42,000) and Susan (£42,000) 26th-27th Feb '07
Jeff (£64,000) and Elizabeth (£40,000) 25th-26th Oct '06
Mally (£54,000) and Trevor (£47,000) 24th-25th Nov '05

So consecutive Power 5 wins are still a rare beast that occurs once a year on average. We've still yet to have 3 consecutive Power 5 wins, and hopefully that will change tomorrow. ;)
