Sooo what result are you hoping for this weekend?

If England win they win the 2009 Ashes series and regain the Ashes! But this means the Oval test is a dead rubber and there will be no excitement really...
A draw and England go to the Oval with a 1-0 lead with everything to play for. If they win at the Oval they regain the Ashes, if the Aussies win they draw the series and retain the Ashes.
An Australia win and the series is all level for the Oval and anything could happen...

I'm going for a draw myself I think...

England win of course. Would be great to win the Ashes in my home town.

I'd definitely take the England win. When was the last time that we went into a test match with the Aussies with the series already decided in our favour? Probably not since the 1980s! Going to the Oval for the 5th test match with the series decided would be great and still very interesting, but The Aussies got a bit of momentum on Monday, and they will fight hard.

We need the win so badly...I have a nasty feeling Australia are going to play out of their skins in this Test so even a draw would be favourable...

Seems England have voted for an Aussie win.
