17-0!!! That would be almost as bad as losing 7-1 to Everton, wouldn't it Noel_Blobby? Oh, hang on...

LMAO!!! Was watching it this morning on MOTD repeat - if I was a Black Cats fan, I'd wanna drown myself!!!

Can't see Noel_Blobby anywhere today...wonder where he is... :suspect:

Hmph.

JACK PEARCE SACKED
Bognor Regis manager Jack Pearce has been sacked by the board following the team's disasterous 0-17 reverse at home to Crystal Palace. The Rocks are now looking for a new manager.

As for where I've been, I've been planning a fantasy Euro 2008 to maybe do on here.

Funnily enough, he stepped down in real life recently after pretty much 35 years (!) as manager. A great man indeed. Having said that, we've hardly lost a game since he left so I'd be looking for a similar improvement in this league now (especially if we're due to play Shrewsbury...)

Ipswich v Bognor
Liverpool v Shrewsbury
Man Utd v Nott'm Forest

I wonder if we will see a 0-25 reverse next week as Man Utd make the trip south to Bognor.

Too right !!!!!!!! Solskjaer is a man with very good taste.

Come on you Seagulls!!!!!!!

I am going to the match tomorrow at Torquay (not far from here), my first this season. I have even persuaded my other half to go. Torquay 1 -2 Brighton.

All of these results are REAL. I have stopped the LED scoreboard style because it's becoming tiresome creating new numbers each week.

Brighton 1 (Hammond 30)
Liverpool 7 (Warnock 4, Bellamy 21, 36, Gonzales 34, Sissoko 46, 89, Gerrard 55)

Bognor 0

Nott'm Forest 4 (Agogo 13, 35, 81, Commons 59)
Wolves 1 (Borgetti 1)

Plymouth 2 (Samba 43, Barness 47)
Newcastle 6 (Ameobi 9, 18, Milner 11, 77, 79, Parker 78)

QPR 1 (Cook 47)
Ipswich 3 (Macken 43, Walten 53, Lee 85)

Shrewsbury 1 (Hurst 30)
Everton 22 (Johnson 2, 9, 13, 15, 17, 29, 46, 72, 85, Beattie 11, 26, 28, 34, 37, 44, 60, 82, McFadden 14, 19, 21, Osman 18, Valente 53)

Southampton 2 (Viafara 13, Idiakez 57)
C. Palace 0

I'd like to become a candidate for the job...

BOGNOR IN DEBT
Bognor Regis are in debt, owing an "undisclosed amount". They have a couple weeks to sort themselves out or they get a ten point penalty.

Well I MUST say, Forest are suddenly enjoying a nice little run of form lately...good to see!

NB, a quick thing: last season there were two Holts at the club; which are you on about? I'd assume Grant Holt as he is a forward, but both him and Gary scored when Gary was also at the club!!!

Also might be worth coming up with a Top Scorers award.

I have no idea which Holt it was, in my screencap it says "G Holt, 70".
The game keeps a track of top scorers, I'll go into the game and find out who it is.

EDIT:

Code:
1. R. Keane   -TOT-29
2. A. Johnson -EVE-21
3. J. Beattie -EVE-20

I might do one by club later, you can get that too. Junior Agogo for Forest I think, and Steven Elliot for Sunderland, those are the only ones I've bothered to do

I'd never heard of Leslie or Drummond before I did this, but there you go... (Note Shrewsbury did this with no manager)

Shrewsbury still have a slightly worse GD against Bognor (-79 to -77) so if Bognor do beat them on the last day of the season... (Carlisle 1999 all over again, Jimmy Glass etc)

Still no news on Bognor's debt.
