Perhaps it was going a bit TOO well for Lewis Hamilton!

In today's qualifying, he crashed around the famous 'Schumacher S-bend'. It is now unlikely he'll feature in tomorrow's race, which will give defending champion Fernando Alonso the golden opportunity to make up ten of the twelve points difference behind him!

Yeah, there is a formula 1 thread in here for things like this....

But yeah it was a nasty crash but you could see he was alright from when he was moving his legs in the car, and it does look likely that he'll race tomorrow.

Still no worse that Kubica's crash at Canada.
