The title is inspired by the original Dutch version; the format is inspired by another Endemol format that has started in the Netherlands, 1 Miljoen Wat?

Essentially; there are 26 cases, as per the Dutch version, and offers follow the same 6-5-4-3-2-1-1-1-1-1 format. The contents of the 26 cases are one million of 26 different currencies, ranging in value from £1,000,000 to 1,000,000 Zimbabwe dollars - approximate value £5.30.

The full board is shown here, along with approximate value in pounds sterling to four significant figures:
