The board:

1p
£5
£10
£50
£100
£250
£500
£750

£1,000
£2,000
£3,000

£5,000
£7,500
£10,000
£15,000
£20,000
£25,000
£35,000
£50,000
£75,000
£100,000
£250,000

The twist:

There are a selection of "power ups". At the beginning of each round the player must choose whether he wants a "normal" or "super" power up. There are also associated "power downs". There are 3 normal power ups, and 4 super power ups. They are as follows:

Normal Power Ups
===============
80% mean offer
Offer after every box for final round
Blue Up - lowest remaining blue has 0s added until it becomes red

Normal Power Downs
=================
33% mean offer
Banker looks in box (swap will be offered at end)
Red Down - lowest remaining red has a 0 removed

Super Power Ups
==============
£250,000 extra life - if the £250,000 is discovered then it will be readded to the game and all remaining boxes (including the players) are reshuffled
100% mean offer for next offer
Red Up - lowest remaining red has a 0 added
Redo Round - player has option of redoing any future rounds. Can only be used once. All boxes, including the players, will be reshuffled.

Super Power Downs
================
£250,000 removal - If the player's box contains £250,000 then all boxes remaining in the game will be reshuffled. If it is not in the player's box then nothing happens. The player is not told if a shuffle has taken place.
1p club - All remaining blues are converted to 1p.
Red Down 2 - Highest remaining red has a 0 removed
No All Blue! - if in any future round the player has an all blue round then the round will be repeated and all remaining boxes (including the player's) reshuffled. Will only be used once.

So, whichever type of powerup you choose you have a 50/50 chance on whether it will be good or bad. Each power up in a group has an equal chance of being selected.

You choose a powerup at the beginning of a round.

So, to start:

1) Choose your box!
2) Choose which type of power up
3) Choose your first 5 boxes :)

And good luck!

Red Up

£1,000 turns into £10,000

Round Two

9: £3,000
1: £50
8: £20,000

The banker doesn't like that round. No big values hit, and the lowest red is now £5,000 - that red up power up could be deadly if it activates again! And you still have the offer after every box in the final round. He urges you to do what KP did - take this generous 2nd offer.

Banker's offer:

£19,842

£250,000 extra life - if the £250,000 is discovered then it will be readded to the game and all remaining boxes (including the players) are reshuffled

Round Three

3: £250,000 - Now THAT is good timing!

Reshuffle........

3: £750
21: £10,000
11: 1p

Board at 11-box:

£5
£10
£100
£250

£5,000
£7,500
£25,000
£35,000
£50,000
£100,000
£250,000

AARRRRRRGGGGGHHHH shouts the banker! He doesn't like that extra life! He warns you that you're running out of low values to hit, so you're probably going to start hitting the big values now! Take this generous offer:

Banker's offer:

£24,937

(4 is yours. 5 7 10 12 13 15 16 17 19 22 remain)

Round Four

13: £35,000
16: £25,000
5: £100

8-box board:

£5
£10
£250

£5,000
£7,500
£50,000
£100,000
£250,000

The banker isn't enjoying this one bit. All your power ups have been positive so far, you've yet to take out the big money, and even worse you have an extra life for the £250,000!

Banker's offer:

£38,002

(7 10 12 15 17 19 22 remain)

Red Down - £5,000 turns into £500

Round Five

17: £7,500
7: £250
10: £50,000

Board at 5-box

£5
£10
£500

£100,000
£250,000

You now have an offer after every box, as well as an extra life for the £250,000. Before he gives his offer the banker would like to make a few of things clear:

1) You have one more power up to choose for Round Six. You don't choose a power up at every box.
2) The "mean offer" power ups apply to the next offer only, and not all subsequent offers.
3) If you discover the £250,000 then your extra life is used, the boxes reshuffled, and the same box is selected. You don't get another offer.
4) If you win another £250,000 extra life then nothing happens as you can't stack them.
5) If you win the redo round power-up then it is seperate to the £250,000 extra life, but the extra life will be used up in the first instance if the £250,000 is discovered.
6) The normal powerup Red Down has the potential to turn £100,000 into £10,000.
7) The super powerup Red Down 2 has the potential to turn £250,000 into £25,000
8) Your extra life does not apply to £25,000.
9) The super powerup Red Up has the potential to turn £100,000 into £1,000,000.
10) The super powerdown No All Blue will result in a reshuffle when you select a blue value.

The banker is quite interested in what is going to happen here with the powerup. He has no desire to get you to deal at this point.

Banker's offer:

SWAP

The banker also points out that if you wish to swap then now is the time. You won't get this offer at the end of the game (unless he gets to see your box).

(4 belongs to you. Remaining boxes: 12 15 19 22
