Well I think you know the rules...

For those who don't it's fairly simple. The board starts as a regular board, but changes before a box is opened, with one of the 22 boxes 'shifting' up or down. These shifts can be huge or tiny, up or down, and affect any value on the board. There is another shift before each other other than the last - at the final two, unless it's all-blue, you have the choice of risking a shift, which could affect either box either way but will always be huge.

Pick your box - and two more numbers 1-22 to determine your first shift.

Ok, I'd like box 5, and 17 and 10 to shift please.

13 - 1p! Couldn't work out better at the start than that!
19 - £5,000.
7 - £750. This is looking good so far...
1 - 50p! Even better!
6 - £3,000. A fantastic opening round - but it's not over yet... two numbers, 1-17, for the shift!

4 and 1 please.

You're changing... £100,000! This could be critical already...

£40,000! That's quite a drop but it's still a life-changing sum of money on what is still a very good board.

16, 21 and 8 please.

16 - £35,000. First big number to go by conventional means.
21 - £100. Much more like it!
8 - £20,000. Does that put you on the rocks? This shift becomes a bit dicier now... two numbers, 1-14.

Ok, I'll pick 1 and 12 to shift please.

To be shifted.. £5! You can't do any real harm then... but how much good, if any?

£2,500! Hardly revolutionary but it's one more red and one fewer blue on the board!

22, 11 and 15 please.

22 - 10p! BOOYEAH!
11 - £1! Literally the perfect round so far...
15 - £250! Unbelievable all-blue round, and on this board the chances are it's going to get even better with the shift... two numbers, 1-11... this could be massive!

8/11 chance of a raise...I'll change 3 to 6.

Changing 3... £7,000 is set to change again.

And it becomes... £9,500. Well it went up... in three boxes and two shifts, you have actually added more than £4,500 to the board's value...



In a game of regular rules and this board, Banker's offer would've been:

£20,000.

But with an 8/11 chance of a raise as far as the Banker knows now, Banker's offer:

£28,000

There's still going to be a bias to the red side at the next shift, so with a good chance of another raise, no deal.

I might deal that under regular rules though!

3, 17 and 18 please.

3 - £50! There's going to be one heck of a bias towards the red side!
17 - £75,000! Well there's one hit...
18 - £50,000! There's another!

But you have a 75% chance of improvement on the shift. You might need it. Two numbers, 1-8... after the break!

Ouch...

5 and 7 please.

We're back with a hugely important shift that will change the complexion of this game. We did a lot of damage that round, but thanks to the blue hit there is a 75% chance this will be an increase of some description.

We're shifting... £1,000! Won't be too harmful if it goes down, but we want a raise...

£6,300! We get one, even if it's not much.



Banker's offer:

£26,000

I'm going to DEAL, it's likely that I'll take out one of the top 2, and then I'll have a 60% chance or more of doing less than a standard raise.
