Anyone else fond of these?

I usually have between 4 and 12 with a cup of tea (yeah, 12! :-D ) Beautiful, absolutely beautiful.

Depending on where you buy them from, that is; some shops don't sell the "perfect" type, giving you sub-standard crunchy crap instead.

But me, personally - as long as it's perfect, I love a good bourbon biscuit. What about you?

(yes, I'm scraping the barrel following my colossal disaster of a thread about numbers...) :suspect:

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Adore them. Orgasmic.

Have on many an occasion bought a whole pack from the corner shop and devoured them in one evening.

YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!

Ditto!

Believe it or not, I quite like the ones ASDA sell. My favourites are from the Co-op, but tend to be about 40p dearer.

But...it is worth shelling out that extra money, just to find the perfect bourbon. It really is.

That's the spirit :-D

There is actually nothing, at all, in the perfect bourbon that there is to dislike. Nothing whatsoever.

Yeah, crap bourbons, fair enough. But we're not on about them. :smt023

I've never come across a bad bourbon in my life. Even those Tesco/Asda value ones.

They could have horse meat in them and I wouldn't even care.

Well, this leads on to another thing.

Why should people care what's in their meal? They now know that horse tastes just as good as "chicken" or "beef"; why not start selling and eating horse?

This whole fiasco could have an upside, you know...

Exactly what I've been saying! If it was that bad, then surely it would have been noticed YEARS ago and they would have put a stop to it then... Plus what other purpose do horses serve? Running around eating grass is not proper use for an animal which is a cuisine in foreign countries! :smt105

But yeah, genuinely here, I think we should come to accept that horse can be just as good-tasting as the other meats we eat.

We certainly shouldn't have a furore over it. It's an eye-opener, and for those we should be grateful - not spiteful.
