Box 1 - £20,000. If that's the top of the opening round we'll be more than content with that.

Box 13 - £50 is nice!

Box 5 - 50p is nicer!

Box 7 - £1,000 and once again we are close to an extremely positive opening round...

Box 11 - £3,000 completes it!

It may have had more reds than blues in it, but you have to like that opening.

10p
£1
MINI PRIZE
£10
£100
£250
£500
MIDI PRIZE

The Banker wants to remind you who's boss with this offer...

BANKER'S OFFER

£9,350 ON NO-DOWNSIDE 23

Wherever did he get that one from? :ponder: Anyway, that's the opening offer, would guarantee you £9,350 and possibly cause it to be doubled or paired with a prize. Deal or No Deal?

Referring to that rather than game #25? There's no way that can be right!

Box 15 - 10p! That'll increase your board's power level!

Box 17 - £5,000 continues your pattern of finding the right reds...

Box 21 - £50,000 not so much. :( Not bad to go that long without any of the top five though!

Here's what the scouter says about your board...

1p
£1
MINI PRIZE
£10
£100
£250
£500
MIDI PRIZE

£10,000
MAXI PRIZE
£35,000
£75,000
£106,250

£425,000

...and the offer?

BANKER'S OFFER

£15,000

Straightforward cash with the standard Box 23 option! No shenanigans here, just one question - Deal or No Deal?

I good offer for the board given the 8 blue-6 red split of the board, but I'm on a mission today. NO DEAL.

22, 20 and 18, please.

We've seen aggression from you in the past with mixed results. Then again, we've seen aggression from everyone in the past with mixed results!

All possibilities still open on what is becoming a high-variance board.

Box 22 - £250! That'll help.

Box 20 - MINI PRIZE! Even better!

Box 18, for the ABR...

£75,000 :( Sting in the tail, but the big two remain...

Halfway stage, and it's certainly not bad...

1p
£1
£10
£100
£500
MIDI PRIZE

£10,000
MAXI PRIZE
£35,000
£106,250

£425,000

The Banker says two blues and a biggie was the round to expect there, and that it has a good chance of happening again. He also thinks this is the sort of configuration that's easy to overvalue at 11-box!

BANKER'S OFFER

£20,000

It's a step up, right into the gap in the backup block! You could take everything above it out of the game, you could also have a sensational 8-box with enormous money to play for... or, if the Banker's prediction of a repeat of that last round comes true, both he and you could be staring at massive danger! All of those could produce very different outcomes, but they may all be hypothetical - because you can just walk away right now. £20,000... Deal or No Deal?

Not all £20,000 offers are equal (in terms of being good for the board at least ;) ), and this certainly isn't one of them I'd berate a contestant for being an absolute targetist if they took.

Still, the odds are in my flavor to hit at least 2 blues in the next round, and my mission is far from being completed, so NO DEAL.

16, 14, 12.

It's often been a sum that people line up for, but in this series the closest anyone's come to a win bang on £20k is in game 31 when Aaron pulled off a 23-assisted comeback win of £19,998 and a prize worth £200... you've turned down that amount, and not for the first time of late we have a hugely dramatic round 4.

Box 16 -
£425,000  Aaaand there goes that one.

Box 14 -
£500 is something... 4-4 8-box?

Box 12 -
£35,000 :( Nope. The Banker is now firmly in charge...

There's still plenty to worry about on both sides.

1p
£1
£10
£100
MIDI PRIZE

£10,000
MAXI PRIZE
£106,250

The Banker is hugely relieved, but he won't be satisfied while there's six figures to play for because he's convinced you'll chase it. But in case he's wrong...

BANKER'S OFFER

£10,000

...here's five figures instead. Remember, that comes with a Box 23 option, and you cannot take a prize box win to 23, so there's no redemption shot if you win MIDI PRIZE. Deal or No Deal?

And £10,000 is yours! You'll have a Box 23 option on that, and now the Banker is intrigued about your mission after you turned down double that three boxes ago!

(My mission, btw, was to prove I'm not a reckless idiot, and only reckless idiot would go on here as only the 25% chance of keeping the 106k to two box would significantly increase that offer. :D )

10, 8, 6, 2, 4 and 9 would've been next. I'm undecided on Box 23 at the moment. :ponder:

Well, that surprised the Banker!

Here's the proveout...

Box 10 - £1...

Box 8 - £106,250! Nice escape.

Box 6 - MIDI PRIZE, so any disaster would have had a way out...

BANKER'S OFFER
WOULD'VE BEEN

£3,000

Box 2 - £100...

Box 4 - £10 and now this needs to be red...

Box 9 - 1p! It isn't. It's £10,000 or MAXI PRIZE in your box...

BANKER'S OFFER
WOULD'VE BEEN

£11,000

Box 3 had £10,000, Box 19 the MAXI PRIZE, this is the moment that decides this game...
