It's time for another one of these!

The starting board looks like this...

1p
10p
50p
£1
£5
£10
£50
£100
£250
£500
£750

£1,000
£3,000
£5,000
£10,000
£20,000
£35,000
£50,000
£75,000
£100,000
£150,000
£250,000

...before we fire up that Dulux Purpliser! There are 11 red boxes here with all the red amounts, 11 blue boxes here with all the blues, and 11 greens with percentages from 0% to 50%. Whatever green you find is the share of the red that gets moved to the blue.

We do that five times in all, but let's go one at a time - your first numbers from each colour, please.

That means we have £35,000 on the way down... £500 on the way up...

...or not, because it's the 0% change.

Four pairs of boxes will change...

First ACTUAL adjustment...

...£150,000 going down, the second biggest on the board...

£5 going up, it's guaranteed to be leeching thousands...

...20% of that big red to be exact, meaning we now have £30,005 and £120,000 boxes!

Wonder what is coming next?

Three to go...

...£3,000 going down, less interesting...

£250 going up...

...5% change. That was... a thing that happened. £400 and £2,850 in play...

Big change this time? Let's see...

...£250,000 going down! Just a bit... your top prize is guaranteed to fall at least £25,000, but that money's going into another box...

50p going up, and how...

...50%! Oh my word, you now have a top prize of £125,000.50 and a separate £125,000 box!

I have no idea how happy you will be at that. But that's the power of the Dulux Purpliser in full effect!

?!?!
What am I even supposed to say to that...
Much lower jackpot now, but of course there's now more or less three copies of it :P
Well... RED 9, BLUE 7, GREEN 6 to finish.

One more change...

...£100,000 going down, so you won't be having four six-figure amounts on the board...

10p going up, crikey...

...45%! This board is just amazing... £45,000.10 and £55,000 are on it now!

Here's your new board...

1p
£45,000.10
£125,000.50
£1
£30,005
£10
£50
£100
£400
£500
£750

£1,000
£2,850
£5,000
£10,000
£20,000
£35,000
£50,000
£75,000
£55,000
£120,000
£125,000

The most positive spin on this is that you now have nine values of over £30,000 on this board. The most negative spin is that you've basically halved your jackpot. The most moderate spin on this board is that... sixteen of those amounts are essentially as they were? So much comes down to the endurance of the other six...

...maybe one of them is in your box? It's Box 22 as it happens, randomly assigned and containing who knows what... LET THE DEALING BEGIN!

Five boxes to open, and here they are...

Box 3 - £45,000.10! Well, there goes one of those boosts.

Box 11 - £50, an actual blue!

Box 16 - £2,850, the low-and-then-lowered red.

Box 5 - £10,000. Neither of your reds have been as bad as the blue...

Box 2 - £125,000! Of course, that's still bad. But that would ordinarily have been so much worse.

Analyse that.

1p
£125,000.50
£1
£30,005
£10
£100
£400
£500
£750

£1,000
£5,000
£20,000
£35,000
£50,000
£75,000
£55,000
£120,000

It's prediction time... the Banker says it's four figures but how low can he go when seven of the 17 boxes left have over £30,000 in them?

Uh...
Yeah, this entire board is just weird, hah.
Let's play it safe with a nice, simple prediction:

PLAYER'S PREDICTION

£8,000

BANKER'S OFFER

£8,500

That'll do, as the error is just 6%, 14 percentage points better than breakeven...

BOX 23 OPTIONS
14%
64%
114%
164%
214%
314%

You could be looking at a pi-fold increase from 23... that'd be tasty.

£8,500... Deal or No Deal?

There we go!
Well... yeah. Iffy first round, but still plenty of value to chase. NO DEAL!
Next three... 21, 4, and 18.

Three at a time from here on out...

Box 21 - £400, the flipside of that £2,850. It felt meaningless then, it's definitely meaningless now.

Box 4 - £50,000! That's not...

Box 18 - £5,000, more like it!

We've kept the very biggest ones there...

1p
£125,000.50
£1
£30,005
£10
£100
£500
£750

£1,000
£20,000
£35,000
£75,000
£55,000
£120,000

It's prediction time to add a cash adjuster to those options!

BOX 23 OPTIONS
14%
64%
114%
164%
214%
314%
+£16,000

That definitely helps your prospects late in the game... £12,500, Deal or No Deal?

Aha, that's pretty awesome!
Still, half the boxes higher, and a LOT higher at that. NO DEAL, thankyou!
Boxes 14, 15, and 17 for Round 3.
