Good evening and welcome back to Aaron's DoND! Yesterday the Banker was having a pretty sweet run until Paul came and rinsed him of £82,000! Hoping to take another mint this afternoon is KP!

1-6 for the twist to see what kind of shenanigans are in store!

DOUBLE DEAL x SHADOW DEAL x COUNTER OFFER

... for our third Double Deal board in a row!

    2p
    20p
    £1
    £2
    £10
    £20
    £100
    £200
    £500
    £1,000
    £1,500

    £2,000
    £6,000
    £10,000
    £20,000
    £30,000
    £40,000
    £70,000
    £100,000
    £150,000
    £200,000
    £500,000

You're playing with the Shadow Deal mechanic activated, and you can make two predictions in your game in order to strengthen that move should you use it - and you also have a Counter Offer, which could be incredibly fascinating given the gameplay!

You've got Wakey with you for this one, Box 4. GOOD LUCK!

Now that's a combination that could burn a hole in the Banker's wallet AND brain.

Technically I had a prediction but I was never going to use it there.

NO DEAL anyway. 18, 16, 14.

The Banker is still feeling confident here but he says he's fielding a genuinely decent offer for you...

... but is it one you want to use one of your two predictions on? Remember it's a 10% band you have to be in for this twist.

The tough thing about this is that we haven't seen this Banker make offers to me on a remotely normal game for weeks and weeks and weeks!

That said, having a strong round out of an £11,500 opening offer is familiar territory from good single-money starts, if not necessarily from bad double-money starts... it feels like it could be £20k but more likely lower than higher?

PLAYER'S PREDICTION

£18,100

Thinking £20k at best...

BANKER'S OFFER

£19,753

... and THAT logic will put another positive envelope into your Shadow Deal set - giving you a 2/3 shot at the best possible result should you use that!

I was just thinking I might have gone too low with a bit more danger of £21k-ish, but it was tucked right behind the £20k so any prediction I was making was good there!

NO DEAL in the hope we can make things really interesting later, and it'll be 21, 20, 22 next!

Let's play!

21 - £10,000 is fine...

20 - £500 is even better...

22 - £150,000 leaves a big one-box game - that Shadow Deal could come into its own in this kind of game! BT...

"None of it will matter when the half-million goes - he should take this offer and leave here happy!"

How much does he think is enough? Do you want to take your second and final prediction here at 11-box?

Are you allowed to predict for better Shadow Deal odds after you dealt? :ponder:

I'd go on here regardless, though.
