Ah, the game that puts you in control! Only you can phone the Banker, he cannot make any calls, so you can call for an offer whenever you like (but at least twice throughout the game). Also, if you didn't like a round you just had, you can pretend it never happened by REPLAYing it, but you only get to do that once in the game.
