It's a DEAL! We're gonna have £35k, the Bonus Box and maybe even Box 23 also!! But let's wrap this up and see where we'd have ended up in the main game...

1 - £10,000! Would have been perfect, and you'd have faced this single offer, the Banker won't have wanted to get all confused again...

BANKER'S OFFER
WOULD'VE BEEN

£63,000

All along, so it happens, Box 19 had £75,000, which I imagine you'd have swapped away to bring £40,000 to the table in 17 and deny yourself a BB opportunity right off the bat!

Now then, Box 23 time...

That money menu looks like this:

    DOUBLE (£70,000 & BB)
    +£15,000 (£50,000 & BB)

    MONEY BACK (£35,000 & BB)
    HALF (£17,500 & BB)
    NOTHING

Avoid a NOTHING here, and you'll still be able to use something on the Bonus Box! That said, is it worth the risk?

Would you like to use your £35,000 to open Box 23... Deal or No Deal?

...no, no it is not. NO DEAL. Hypo 3, and then bring on the BB!

Much ado about nothing anyway! Moving onto more important matters...

A great result is headed your way...

    DOUBLE (£70,000)
    +50% (£52,500)
    +30% (£45,500)
    +20% (£42,000)
    +10% (£38,500)
    MONEY BACK (£35,000)

... but just how great? 1-6 for your Bonus Box option, let's make it a double!

Number 2 for the double...

AND IT IS!! What an amazing game!! Being more cautious in the main game means you've beaten your peak amount by £7k - what a result after a completely bizarre game!

Well, how about that? A glorious and magnificent game, and it all stemmed from that opening prediction really!

If I was playing with unlimited minutes again, I'd use the polar opposite strategy to what I did last time: I'd refuse to ask for an offer until 5 box unless I had the QM and a £50k+ back-up at 7 box, or wait until 3 box if I completely destroyed the game by 5 box. :P
