Another good showing by Trinity College Cambridge tonight, beating SOAS 280-105 to go through to the semis. SOAS could yet join them if they win next time.

Not a terribly exciting match tonight; Manchester, as expected, defeated Cardiff, by 195-105.

Somerville College Oxford became the second team to reach the semis tonight, beating Southampton 215-95.

A low scoring match tonight, with Queen's University Belfast just beating Clare College Cambridge 125-105, meaning Clare are now out.

So, Manchester become the third team to reach the semis, beating Southampton 200-80 tonight.

The final quarter-final tonight, and it went right to the wire, with SOAS just beating Queen's University Belfast 165-145.

A great game for the first semi-final tonight; a rematch between Trinity College Cambridge and Manchester, with Trinity running away at the very end of the game to win 260-175.

The second semi-final tonight, and Somerville College Oxford comfortably defeated SOAS to join Trinity in the final next week.

And so we reached the final tonight, and a good match between Trinity College Cambridge and Somerville College Oxford; but it was Trinity who won the series and the title 240-135! Well done to them!

And well done to all the teams who made this a great series of UC. Let's hope the next will be good as well!

What a final, what a series! The whole series did improve after I said I wasn't enjoying it as much as last years - loved seeing so many high scores. One particular highlight for me was that tied match.

So glad Trinity won in the end, they've been very very impressive throughout the whole series and thoroughly deserved to win.
