I bet Pink Floyd are amaaaaaaaazing in concert.

I have never actually been to a concert but thats because I was only ever invited to a Take That one back in the day, I wasnt going to that thats for sure.

I'm considering going to see Kings of Leon in the summer.. I bet they are outstanding... plus I rather fancy them all woo.

I saw Arcade Fire in Amsterdam a few years ago (before that crappy 'Neon Bible' album) and they were incredible.

Kings of Leon are good but I haven't seen them recently.

Believe it or not, Daft Punk are great live, as are Pendulum. U2 are good but only for the sheer scale of their gigs.

But by far my favorite band live are The Magic Numbers. I've never been to a bad gig by them. Unreal.

if you ever get chance to see Roxy Music they can be good sometimes.
But yes Maud Pink Floyd were Brilliant.
For a local band we have the Hound dogs of are very entertaining.

Have you ever been to The Paradiso in Amsterdam? It's my favorite venue in the world. If a band I like is doing a little tour I always make a point of catching them there. Even if you find yourself in Amsterdam but don't know who's playing it's well worth a visit. Some nights it's a dance venue too, I saw Paul Oakenfold there.

They film some of their gigs and you can watch them here.

Yay, someone else who has been to the Paradiso! I saw Delays there back in 2004 - great gig, although viewed through a rather smoky haze generated by the locals, if you know what I mean... Was in Amsterdam last month and Bloc Party were playing although it had sadly already sold out.

I'm going to see Take That at Old Trafford in June, so that should be pretty good. Other than that, I've not been to a concert since the last ever Steps concert in 2001, so I can't really say.
