Perhaps he may be wrong. Let's hope so.

Number 18...

Well, depending on what the Mystery prize is, that may or may not be the lowest amount left. Good work!

Three cases left. Two cash prizes and one unknown prize. The banker had to give it some thought.

BANKER'S OFFER

You're now into six figures. One more case to open if you reject the offer, but it's a lot of money to consider.

I'd play on given that the mystery is being treated as peanuts but very well may not be.

Here we go. If it's the mystery prize or the $50,000, you've got quite a decision to make.

Number 19...
$300,000 :smt011 :smt011 :smt011
NO!!!

MYSTERY v $50,000

**RING**

He says as stated at the beginning of play, he must treat the Mystery case as if it was worth $400. Therefore, your final offer is...

BANKER'S OFFER

$24,000

If you do not take this offer, you take the contents of your case. $50,000 or an unknown is in your case, it all depends on whether or not you want to take the chance. Archie... Deal or No Deal?

Okay, so you're going home with the contents of your case. One is a mystery prize, one is $50,000. Let's find out what you're taking home. Case 16 is worth...
$50,000
A nice hefty $50,000.

Case 3:
MYSTERY

Now Archie, just to tie up loose ends, go ahead and choose an envelope, from 1 to 6, to determine the Mystery prize.

Number 4. Did you come away with the better end of the bargain? The mystery prize was...

A Set of Dinnerware from Baum Bros. worth $770
You did! Well done, Archie!

So Archie takes away a check for $50,000 in cash, and we're all very happy for him. Join us again next time when someone else takes their chance at a fortune. So long!

The Mystery Prize probably would've tipped the balance at $49,000 and $70,000, but I would've dealt $105,000 as I wouldn't be particularly keen on letting it influence me to crash from six figures to a joke prize.
