I guess you know why the offer is so low, it's because of the 1p, if the 1p wasn't here you would be guaranteed to have at least the mini-governor for a blue/£10,000 like davao had.

The goal of Box 23 is too increase your winnings, but not "bailing out a blue win", it would be too easy, if it was the case :-D

Btw, i had to put the differents Box 23 outcomes, it's crazy for the 3rd time in a row, without Box 23 effect, the player was able to win AGAIN £10,000
