I'm pretty sure all the offers so far are above the Fair Deal, and I very much appreciate that. However, my dealing point for this board is £11,000, so NO DEAL. Also, I'm expecting at least £15,000 if the £75k stays with at least 1 five figure backup.

Another generous offer, like all the rest. However, none of them were enough for me and I would need £6,000 to Deal on this board, so NO DEAL. Also, I'm expecting 75% of the average on a blue/red finish and 90% of the average on an all red finish.

The best part is the Banker brought it upon himself for falling for my trick. I either wanted the offer raised to £6,000 or the SWAP, and I basically guaranteed myself one of those things with that comment provided the Banker fell for it.
